Hot Numbers – Shepreth

Hot Numbers is a Cambridge Foodie favourite with amazing pancakes and lovely coffee. The interior is spacious, homely, and comfortable.

I think its safe to say that we are a big fan of Hot Numbers at The Cambridge Foodies.

Time and time again we hear nothing but good things from our community about the coffee roastery and restaurant. Whether its their infamous coffee (in which they use the Giesen Roasting programme to accurately analyse the roasting process to get the exact result they want from their coffee) or their selection of delicious brunch menu options and their on site bakery.

During my visits in the past, I was immediately impressed by the stunning interior reminiscent of a London establishment in Shoreditch and the wide open plan setup which gives a very spacious feel. I particularly like the stylish interior and furnishings which refuses to sacrifice comfort in the process. Brown leather sofas are plentifully available with big wooden tables and chairs giving you a selection of seating arrangements to fit whatever mood you are in. Perfect for relaxing with friends or good for a work environment for professionals.

Check out what some of our community have been saying about Hot Numbers.

“Stopped at my favourite coffee shop, Hot Numbers roastery in Shepreth.
I highly recommend their salt beef bagel, it is to die for! My friend had another of my favourites, their sausage sandwich.
The coffee here is the best for miles and you can buy bags of different beans or grounds to take home with you.
The atmosphere is awesome, and there is plenty of space inside and outside to sit and enjoy what they have on offer. If you’re passing by you have to visit!” – Sean Figura
“I popped into Hot Numbers (Melbourn, SG8) today and demolished these two buttermilk pancakes, two poached eggs and streaky bacon. It was soooo good, I was almost defeated as it was so filling but I soldiered on 💪
If anyone has a buttermilk pancake recipe that gets these results please share! I thought my pancakes were epic until I tried these! Xx” – Danielle Hall.

“Amazing pancakes at Hot Numbers Roastery in Shepreth. The thickest pancakes I have every seen and this combo was 👌” – Katie Moulton

“After a few too many drinks last night, we decided to go to Hot Numbers Roastery for an brunch. As always Hot Numbers didn’t let us down. There’s a lovely atmosphere as soon as you enter the roastery. With friendly staff, a top quality menu and of course, amazing coffee. We went for the smashed avocado on sour dough and eggs on sour dough, both tasted as good as they look”. – Daniel Farrant.

The next time you are in the area, make sure you pop in and let the Cambridge Foodies know what you think. I know I will be going back, I just wish I lived a little closer because I would be here daily!
